Most of the last few days, I’ve been visiting Dad and my stepmom in Georgia. As usual, it was good to see them, good to be back in Georgia for a bit, and there was a bit of catching up on work around the property:

Biggest of five trees that kept the saw busy this visit.

Spent a bit of time grading the road with our old 8N

This trip was sandwiched between IceCube training in Madison, and a trip to Denver for the psychological evaluation, trauma training, and fire training. Dad and I figured that the visit might provide some good psychological, trauma, and fire experience, but I escaped unscathed.  And, with a bag of grits!
